We ship orders as quickly as possible and aim for same-day dispatch.

Netherlands: 1–2 business days (€4.99)
Europe: 2–5 business days (€6.95)

Returns

You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days of ordering. To exercise this right, we ask you to contact us first.

All original packaging with prices and labels must be intact. No tape should be attached directly to the product. All items must be returned in a shipping bag to protect their shape. Returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted, and we may charge you for shipping costs if we need to send the item(s) back to you.

Please note: 2nd Choice items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to their discounted price and clearly described imperfections, these items are excluded from our standard return policy.
